For the "Agence Monstre" Halloween campaign by Fanta (The Coca-Cola Company), a phygital event activation was deployed at the request of Highlab Marketing & Technologies, in collaboration with the M_nstr_ agency. The team developed an in-store application driving interactive karaoke and zombie dance experiences, integrating automated video capture with visual effects compositing and DMX lighting synchronization. The major technical challenge lay in fully automating the video production pipeline via FFmpeg and delivering personalized media in real time via email. Deployed simultaneously across two high-traffic sites in Lille and La Défense, the installation generated 524 recorded participations with a download conversion rate of approximately 10%.
