Personal data
The Gobeliners is the controller of the data collected through this website. The contact form gathers your name, your organisation's name, your email address, the nature of your enquiry and the message you write.
This data is processed on the basis of your own initiative (pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry). It is used solely to handle your enquiry and to follow up on any relationship arising from it. It is never sold, transferred, or used for third-party marketing.
It is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and for no more than three years from the last contact, in line with the French data protection authority's guidance on business prospecting.
Recipients are authorised members of the team, together with the technical processors listed below, who act on instruction and on behalf of the publisher only.
- Mailgun (Sinch) — delivery of contact-form emails, European Union processing region.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — anti-spam protection on the form.
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and technical audience measurement.
- Google Ireland Limited — audience measurement (Google Analytics 4).
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to restrict and object to its processing.
