A year-end event activation tolerates no slowdown. For Orange, we designed the application architecture of the Instant Générǝ interactive system. The system handles all data exchanges to ensure each journey runs smoothly.

The challenge

During the holiday season, public engagement requires absolute technical stability. The goal was to ensure smooth and immediate interactions, with no service interruption or data loss.

Our approach

We developed a dedicated user interface in React, connected to a Symfony backend via a REST API. The business logic records interactions in a PostgreSQL database. The entire technical stack is deployed in a containerized environment using Docker.
