The project
The studio designed a mobile video platform for Engie teams dedicated to renewable energy. The infrastructure had to comply with the group's security requirements while integrating its single sign-on system. Two mobile applications and a synchronized Web App incorporate automated cloud-based intro and outro editing. Employees share field video capsules strictly limited to two minutes and thirty seconds. The ecosystem was deployed during the ENGIE GREEN seminar and subsequently for SHEM's 90th anniversary in June 2019.

The challenge
Success hinged on a simple action: filming and publishing within seconds. However, the security protocol of a major corporation tolerates no compromises. It was necessary to integrate SSO single sign-on and a watertight cloud infrastructure, without ever weighing down the mobile user journey.
The approach
We developed a mobile application for iOS and Android complemented by a synchronized Web App. Employees film directly on their smartphone, within a limit set to 2 minutes 30. Upon validation, an automated cloud workflow takes over: encoding, adding credits, and adaptive HLS streaming delivery. Administrators handle moderation and reports from a centralized Symfony dashboard. To extend engagement during physical gatherings, we connected interactive augmented reality animations and a tic-tac-toe playing robot to the system.
