A 360-degree tour in three languages
An immersive 360 experience and web app that syncs leads to Salesforce in three languages.

The project
A 360° web app showcases the Fermob furniture collections during a virtual trade show. The user journey had to segment buyers, journalists, and partners while feeding the Salesforce CRM. Three curated, scenographic environments feature product sheets, a sofa configurator, and adjustable lighting ambiances. A REST API connection synchronizes every registered contact in real time across three languages. A dedicated back office manages invitation codes and schedules the monthly export of prospecting files.

The challenge
The event had to engage four audiences with distinct expectations: VIP buyers, journalists, partners, and the general public. Each visitor needed to follow a tailored journey, test the furniture, and provide their contact details. Everything had to be fed live into Salesforce, with zero data loss or technical hitches in control room operations.
The approach
We developed an immersive web app built around three environments: Rooftop, Jardin, and Jardin d'Hiver. Visitors explore the scenes in 360°, configure furniture, and adjust lighting from day to night. At the end of the journey, a questionnaire qualifies their profile. Behind the scenes, a dedicated back office manages access and data exports. Our technical integration connects the platform directly to the Salesforce CRM and synchronizes on-site tablets with DMX protocols to control the studio lights.
