Interactive Experience Booth
The project
Deployed at Printemps Haussmann for the Meetic brand, the "Voice Box Experience" is an interactive phygital booth commissioned by HOP Créative Services via the intermediary Tro. The system relies on a dual-screen touch application that invites visitors to listen to voice messages from singles, record their own "Love Note," and take a photo using an integrated webcam. To enhance immersion, the team implemented a DMX hardware management system to synchronize pink and white LED lighting with various user actions. The point-of-sale installation is complemented by a custom back-office, ensuring the moderation of audio content prior to broadcasting and the management of transactional emails related to lead collection.
