The project
An interactive floor- and wall-projected installation welcomed festival-goers at Lollapalooza Paris for American Express. The festival's continuous foot traffic required qualifying participants without interrupting ongoing games. The team developed a dual-projection game controlled by gesture sensors, connected to a check-in web application. The system operated throughout the two-day festival, fully distributing all planned prize inventories. The studio handled full software development and on-site technical integration.

The challenge
The booth needed to distribute physical giveaways based on a 100% winning concept. In parallel, qualified marketing consents for the financial sector had to be captured without creating slowdowns at the entrance. Two days of an outdoor festival demanded complete fluidity, with zero service interruption.
The approach
The welcome team registers each festival-goer on a dedicated monitoring web app for sales qualification. The player then enters the real-time 3D projected space. A contactless motion sensor instantly translates their movements into virtual hands, driven by dynamic sound design. In the background, our allocation engine distributes programmed instant-win prizes and random draws right as the round concludes.
Results
This contest ran seamlessly without downtime over the two days of the festival. The entire stock of physical prizes and all scheduled major giveaways were distributed to participants, following the continuous pace of recorded sessions.
