The project
Areal entrusted the studio with the design of a web platform to distribute resources for its Topkapi software package. The system needed to continuously synchronize accounts with the existing information system via dedicated business REST APIs. The team developed a secure web app managing multi-company access and software setup downloads. The platform restricts access to versions exceeding the user's license and consolidates documentary archives in three languages. Through this project, the studio demonstrates its ability to connect a customer portal to the strict business rules of an industrial tool.

The challenge
The goal was to eliminate recurring support requests without risking access rights. The challenge: directly connecting the platform to the internal information system via business REST APIs, in order to synchronize software licenses without human intervention.
The approach
We designed the user interface on Figma. Users log in, select their company, and view their valid licenses. Setup downloads on AWS S3 are enabled only for their version. The platform also generates ZIP document archives on the fly. We integrated transactional emails and GDPR forms. This integration ensures reliable flows between the web and the information system.
