The project
The team developed the mobile application and Web App "EPI & Moi" for 3M, commissioned by the agency Piranha. Access had to be strictly restricted to authorized industrial distributors, blocking consumer email addresses. The studio delivered a back office managing six content typologies and a comprehensive gamification engine. The training journey advances users through four tiers via ten-question video quizzes. An automated scoring scale manages level progression and triggers rewards on the hundredth click.

The challenge
The network needed to stay active over time without cluttering inboxes. The challenge: validating distributor expertise while strictly filtering access to authorized professionals only. The teams had to be encouraged to return on their own, test their knowledge, and take ownership of the products without turning the tool into an administrative chore.
The approach
We developed the complete platform, combining a gamification engine and a dedicated administration console. Users browse six content formats, including technical data sheets and webinars, then test their reflexes in an interactive quiz combining motion design and targeted questions. Every action earns points calculated in the background. Participants progress through four experience levels and accumulate attendance bonuses. Push notifications and email campaigns re-engage members, while a multi-criteria search engine and a direct exchange space answer day-to-day questions.
Results
Both end users and internal teams praised the clarity of the user experience and the quality of the visual design. The system transformed technical documentation into a seamless journey, readily adopted by the network of experts.
