Commissioned by the Magnetism agency for Nespresso, the creation of the B2B Customer Management (BCM) application aimed to centralize and structure the management processes for the brand's professional clients. The major technical challenge involved ensuring the reliability of data from the proprietary Ecapi system in order to apply complex business rules related to pricing and special cases. To address this, the team developed a custom interface based on a dedicated Design System in HTML and JavaScript. The delivered solution integrates advanced management modules equipped with search, editing, and drag-and-drop functionalities, enabling the factual administration of identities, offers, reference prices, and billing flows.

Development of the B2B Customer Management (BCM) application for Nespresso, commissioned by the Magnetism agency. The project consists of creating a centralized management interface for professional clients, integrating identity, offer, and billing management.


Context and challenges

The project meets the need to structure the data and management processes of Nespresso's B2B clients. The main challenge lies in ensuring the reliability of data coming from the Ecapi system and implementing complex management rules for pricing and special cases.


Key achievements

Implementation of the BCM application with a dedicated Design System. Development of MIC and MC management modules, including search, drag & drop, and identity editing features. Integration of billing flows, offers, and reference prices.
