Event Mobile App
The project
The official Adidas Arena mobile application was designed to centralize all services offered to spectators during events. Developed in React Native and spearheaded by the Magnetism agency, this cross-platform solution features a hybrid interface combining native components and webviews to manage event programming, the cashless system, and Wemap mapping. The technical framework integrates custom Lottie animations, the specific ITC Franklin typeface, and a dedicated back-office hosted on an AWS (EC2) infrastructure. Deployed on app stores under the Bundle ID "com.adidas.arena", the application demonstrated its stability in real-world conditions from the very first events hosted at the venue.

Behind the build
Project description
Development of the official Adidas Arena mobile application for iOS and Android. The project includes creating the application in React Native, integrating webviews for various services, and setting up a dedicated back-office.
Context and challenges
The Magnetism agency called upon Gobeliners to design the Adidas Arena mobile application. The main challenge was to provide an experience centralizing the arena's services (programming, cashless, Wemap mapping) via a fluid interface combining native components and webviews.
Key achievements
Development of the cross-platform mobile application (iOS and Android) in React Native. Integration of custom Lottie animations and specific fonts (ITC Franklin). Setup of a back-office with domain name configuration. Integration of webviews for cashless and programming management, and preparation of store submissions.
Results
The application was delivered and validated by the direct client, allowing its use during the first events at the Adidas Arena. The stability of the application was confirmed in real conditions, paving the way for future evolutions and updates.
