The project
Allergan Aesthetics deployed an interactive booth to showcase its Coolsculpting medical treatment at healthcare events. The installation required live synchronization between a touch application and physical sensory effects, including ventilation, fragrance, and lighting. The studio connected an external reception kiosk to a custom-designed booth that controlled the equipment via the DMX protocol. Attendees selected their 3D silhouette on a mirror display and subsequently received their video through a web application. A single, unified team developed the application, assembled the booth, and wired all physical actuators on-site.

The challenge
Enabling communication between an enclosed physical structure and remote software was the primary hurdle. The laboratory's IT department enforced uncompromising IT security requirements. The entire setup had to synchronize real sensory sensors with the user journey, with zero latency and no failures during sessions.
Our approach
The visitor begins their journey at an external touchscreen kiosk to configure their profile. They then enter a booth made of brushed stainless steel and frosted glass. In front of a large vertical mirror display, a real-time application shows their morphology and triggers educational 3D / CGI animations with numerical counters. In a concealed control room, a DMX protocol orchestrates the sensory staging: floor tiles, fans, scent diffusers, LED lighting, and spatialized sound react to the visual stages. Upon exiting, a dedicated Web App sends a personalized summary to each participant's smartphone.
Results
The system passed all technical tests and achieved the signing of the handover acceptance report. From the initial touchpoint at the kiosk to the video consultation on the web, the complete operational chain functioned end-to-end without data loss.
