The project
The "EPI & Moi" mobile application trains 3M employees on Personal Protective Equipment. Each registration requires mandatory administrative validation to secure access to the platform's technical content. The studio developed the mobile application and its administrative back office around an interactive quiz pathway. The system awards action points and advances user profiles through four mastery levels. A connected dashboard allows administrators to export usage metrics and manage content.

The challenge
The goal was to transform regulatory learning into an instinctual habit. However, each employee had to validate their individual access with administrators before entering the learning path. Balancing this strict access security with a genuine desire to play and learn was the true challenge.
Our approach
We developed the EPI & Moi application, available as both a mobile and Web App version. Once access is validated, the user discovers a progression path driven by an interactive quiz and an action point system. Six editorial content formats alternate between practical tips and regular challenges, supported by push notifications to boost engagement. On the management side, we built a Symfony administration back-office and an AWS architecture with a REST API to oversee the entire platform, adjust publications, and export usage metrics.
Results
Employees and steering teams praised the tool's overall ergonomics right from its deployment. Feedback also highlighted the visual design quality, which facilitated the teams' spontaneous adoption of the platform.
